Battery Cell Sorting System
What is Battery Cell Sorting?
Battery cell sorting is a process of testing and categorizing individual battery cells based on their electrical characteristics, like voltage and internal resistance, to ensure only cells with similar performance are used together in a battery pack, maximizing the pack's efficiency and lifespan; essentially, it sorts batteries into different groups depending on their measured parameters, allowing for optimal matching during assembly.
ET 21700 Cylindric Cell Sorting Machine
ET 21700 Sorting Machine is a highly automated and efficient cell sorting system specifically designed to process 21700 cylindrical cells with or without insulation sleeve.
The system allows using directly the OEM packaging which significantly simplifies the preperation step. The OCV measurement is performed based on Kelvin Four-terminal Sensing method to achieve the best testing accuracry and reliability. The transitioning system is engineered with high-precision PLC controlled gantry robots so the entire system can run at the factory desired production speed.
ET 21700 offers the highest standard of operational safety features which can support any factory safety compliance requirement.
